Antz.........

This morning we woke up way late! Garrett and I were up until 3 a.m. hanging out with our new friends just down the street. Well when I got up and went into the kitchen I discovered a very unpleasant surprise, there were little black sugar ants making their way to my dirty dishes in the sink. I couldn't believe it! Generally the last thing I do before bed is dishes but I had put it off for about 2 days just being lazy. This is my payback for not doing my nightly chore. So I walked up to our office at the complex and asked them about spraying....I have to wait until Tuesday. They told me in the meantime try putting chili powder along my sink and where they are coming from. It works for the most part!

Today was a lazy day in our home. Addi played, Garrett slept and I did the whole lets organize and make this place look like home ordeal. Haha!

I ordered some little headbands and bows and flowers online earlier this week, and I have been dying for them to get here. The email that was sent with the tracking number kept showing that it never left MO and I was a little frustrated. I went to get the mail today and behold there was my package! I was so excited to get back and open it. Now I just can't wait to start putting them on Addi! Pictures of her in them will be coming!

Tonight has been a rough night for everyone in our house. Addi is teething and she has Garrett and I sooooo frustrated with all the crying and screaming that we just don't know what to do with her. I have a hard time listening to her cry, but Garrett doesn't. He keeps telling me to just let her cry it out! Breaks my heart to do it, but I have officially ran out of options tonight. She has pushed my buttons to far and I just am letting her cry it out.

Well Garrett and I are gonna shower, pop in a movie, make some popcorn and have a semi date night! Goodnight everyone! Here are a couple pictures from when Addi was super new!
